No Refund Policy
All registrations and payments made for the Lubricant India Expo 2026 are final and non-refundable. Once a registration is confirmed and payment has been processed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
Scope
This No Refund Policy applies to all categories of participants, including but not limited to:
- Exhibitors
- Speakers
- Visitors / Delegates
- Sponsors
Non-Transferable Registrations
Registrations are personal and non-transferable. They may not be assigned or transferred to another individual or organisation without prior written approval from the event organiser.
Event Cancellation or Postponement
In the unlikely event that the Lubricant India Expo 2026 is cancelled or postponed due to circumstances beyond our control (including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, or force majeure events), the organiser reserves the right to reschedule the event. In such cases, registrations will be carried forward to the rescheduled date. No refunds will be issued in these circumstances.
